It's just the CFC-400X that uses it. When I was building this up it didn't initially have DTB hooks, but that was suggested (by @chris, I think) to prevent a hard dependency on that interface being in place. That conversation would have been in November 2022 with the title "zynqmp: Add support for the CFC-400X".
