RTEMS | Is xilinx-zynqmp console.c specific to the aarch64/xilinx_zynqmp_lp64_cfc400x BSP? (#5114)

Thanks for the link to the board and for the clarification. What has confused me are:

1. https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/blob/main/spec/build/bsps/aarch64/xilinx-zynqmp/obj.yml?ref_type=heads#L22
2. https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/blob/main/spec/build/bsps/aarch64/a53/obj.yml?ref_type=heads#L19

and this:

https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/blob/main/spec/build/bsps/aarch64/xilinx-zynqmp/bspa53lp64.yml?ref_type=heads

We now have:

1. `aarch64/xilinx_zynqmp_lp64_a53`
2. `aarch64/xilinx_zynqmp_lp64_zu3eg`

that appear similar but use different console drivers?
