We have previously agreed that we will provide a landing page at https://www.rtems.org/bugs.html and whether/how it redirects people to https://gitlab.rtems.org, or provides additional support/guidance/howto submit Issues, is a separate discussion from this patch set. Please take it elsewhere.

Can there be an answer to:
