Integration | How do we want to format our commit messages (#14)

@gedare so do we want to enforce `:` in commit titles?  If so, can they have spaces?  how long can it be christian suggested a 50 char overall line length for subjects.

I'll follow as much as I can for the guidance at least we have a commit log history to run through it for testing.
