Integration | How do we want to format our commit messages (#14)

I want to add CI to do commit message formatting so we'll have:

1. Spell check
2. Line length for subject
3. One space below subject
4. Line length for commit body

I think it's too hard for now to automatically scrape for the \<section\>: subject  .. I'll see if I can figure something out eventually based off of the file list I'll need some time to think about it but I don't want it to be a blocker.

Any other suggestions?
