RTEMS | psxenosys calls lio_listio() even if it's implemented. (#5125)

To build both configurations, you can use this config.ini for example:
```ini
[DEFAULT]
BUILD_TESTS = True
[arm/xilinx_zynq_zc702]
[arm/xilinx_zynq_zc702_posix]
INHERIT = xilinx_zynq_zc702
RTEMS_POSIX_API = True
```
With the RTEMS Tester you can run all tests in `build/arm` to check for regressions.
