I build the Rust compiler from the sources for several git commits before and after the 2024-07-29 and way after and the current one. All work fine.

For the nightly builds, I doubt there is any possibility to download old builds for testing. Moreover, I do not think it is my/our task. Issues in the nightly build can only be searched and fixed by the Rust folk. Yet, the response up to now is brittle. The SPARC target without stdlib is too unimportant to them I would guess.
