I'll be trying a first stab at setting up a label bot to automatically label issues using gitgetlab:

* https://gitlab.com/beenje/gidgetlab/

The bot will do some simple tasks:

* Add correct label based on repository
* Add label based on source path
* Add label based on file extension in merge (\*.md == docs)

We can have more complex rules for this but for now we need some low hanging fruit and have this setup so we can accept MRs for changes and have it maintained.  We need to start somewhere.
