Set estimate to 2 days for now as there is a bunch of sysadmin work needed to allow for this.  I will be creating a local jail to run the bot and I need to figure out where I want to host this source.

For now source will be kept under /administration/bot/\* Each bot will have a name we'll keep this one as `rtems-label`.
