@amar I am trying to capture the rules in [this script]( https://gitlab.rtems.org/joel/rtems-check-allowed-includes). No intention for this to be the end tool. It is just for exploring what the rule will actually be and fix clear violations.

I hope CodeQL or Cobra can have a custom rule added to enforce this.
