I think libbsd can be treated differently to other repos we have because we should develop our code on stable FreeBSD versions. For us the development branch is `7-freebsd-14` and not `main`. I think we should only merge onto `main` changes we develop that are proven to work on "our" development branch. Testing new changes on potentially unstable FreeBSD code seems way to hard.
