Does this have to point to this URL specifically?  It's a forward.

Why not just 

*  [http://www.rtems{+.org+}/license/](http://www.rtems.org/license/)

This will get users to where they need to be.  The old license.html in the very old site wasn't the same as the `LICENSE` file as far as I remember, was it?
