What if we have main always build for the current version of RTEMS and produce arch-rtemsx-tools even if we're building the edge tools?
The targets could have the version number be implicit for main just as main for the RTEMS kernel is implicitly the development version. Example build sets being:
* rtems-arm
* rtems-arm-edge
which both produce arm-rtems7-gcc and would need to be installed into different tools directories.
