Should we separate the type of tool builds into:

1. Development version, ie 7 tools
2. Next major release of the tools across the set of tools as `next`, ie gcc, binutils and gdb
3. Upstream development as `edge` to mean the bleeding edge of these tools?

The use of `next` and `edge` does not change the target tool names. Currently they would all be `*-rtems7-*` . You need to manage sandboxing them to keep things separate.
