RTEMS Source Builder | Next (Bleeding Edge) Version Numbers are Annoying (#92)

I have created !127 to accomplish the elision of an explicit 7 version number and a rename of 8/ to edge/ with the change of version number to match the current development version number. This does not address the creation of a next/ target.
