@opticron an example of the dependence and breakage can be seen in this [rtems-deployement](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/tools/rtems-deployment/-/blob/main/config/amd/amd-kria-k26.bset?ref_type=heads) configuration file:

This would break and changing it breaks if any previous RSB version is used. A nice feature of `rtems-deployment` is the ability to reference any RSB.
