RTEMS | Port FatFS to RTEMS with Benchmarking (#25)

Added a lot of handlers to fs, file, and dir handler to be compatible with FatFS.
Then, I wrote some tests, refactored my logic to be more clean (I now have 3 files instead of 1 huge file). The filesystem basics is working now, I have to add more logic, then write their test to make sure they work as well.
