RTEMS | Port FatFS to RTEMS with Benchmarking (#25)

After a ton of debugging, I figure out the issue with read/write to the files. I was not handling the iop offset properly.

Now that issue is resolved and we can write to a file and read from it on FatFS inside RTEMS :)
