Worked and composed a TODO list, as chris asked here: https://gitlab.rtems.org/Sepehr/rtems/-/blob/hook-fatfs-into-rtems/TODO.md.

While I'm waiting for some kind of review to my work, I am proceeding with completing the tests and testing the functionality while refactoring the code when needed. I did item 1 today and the commit is not up in my branch.
