I've worked on rtems/rtos/rtems!613 and added tests to it. In order to do so, I had to move some handlers into this MR. 

Since my objective was to keep this MR as simple as possible, I used all default handlers to just have the template, for later to fill (and for tests to not fail). I had to implement dir stat handler since I needed to check mount point stat, so I just did that one. After fixing the formats, now the MR pipeline is passing and waiting for review.

I've had a brief chat with my mentor as well, he's asking for a list of handlers and how we want to test them. (Including what have been done, what is been worked on, and what's left). That's my current task which I'm working on, I have to wrap my head around the code I have and compose the list.
