Yes good point about the archive function we could use that.

I agree about 1-4 being related and has having a simple set of rules to guide is fine it's not critical if we decide to host something then change our minds later it's more important to see if something is useful for the project then spend endless time discussing whether it is since there is essentially no cost to us trying it out
