Just now pushed commits for these : 

1. Added functions for PHY Reset and autonegotiation as well as their description in `greth_phy.c` 
2. Moved definition of struct `phy_dev_info` and GRETH MII Register value macros from `greth.h` to `greth_phy.h` 
3. Added struct `greth_tan` in `greth_phy.h`
4. Updated definition of function `MDIOInit(`) in `greth_mdio.h`
