I also added few related fields like PHY address, status and control so that using pointer to the struct we can access latest values of these parameters, by reference mode. In addition, I thought of moving struct `phy_dev_info`and GRETH MII Register macros to `greth_phy.h` so as to group all PHY related things together.  @ppisa @vijay @opticron @matteo what do you all think about this approach?
