RTEMS | Port FatFS to RTEMS with Benchmarking (&25)

We have decided to split the previous MR into two parts: 1- Getting FatFS code into RTEMS. 2- Writing my code.
So I've opened a new [MR](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/merge_requests/525) for the first one. Got some review, resolved them, waiting for the merge so I can continue with 2.
I've also implemented [almost] all of the `diskio` functionalities in my own repo.
