Hello! Apologies for posting updates in the Epic so late.

I had posted my blog for Week-4 which can be found here : https://rkt-1597.github.io/GSoC-2025-Blogs-RTEMS/week-4.html

In week-4, I worked on : 

1. Creating functions for EMAC Initialization, Buffer descriptors initialization, among other additions
2. Adding file `leon3.json` which will help in building RTEMS lwIP package for `sparc/leon3` BSP
3. Tried testing `telnetd01.exe` obtained after building RTEMS Net Services, in SIS for testing Legacy GRETH Driver
