## Summary

jffs2: restore upstream GC return value

Remove the RTEMS-specific -EIO return in jffs2_garbage_collect_pass so the
garbage collector reports success like upstream instead of signaling errors
under monolithic locking.

We saw issues of jffs2 locking up the system on microblaze, and riscv
