This one probably needs discussion if it should even go in or not.


microblaze/cpukit/cpuuse: add max cpu / bt support

- add API helpers to query per-task and maximum CPU usage including stack details
- add MicroBlaze backtrace walker for the max-usage task and shell command cpumaxuse
- install new cpuuse/backtrace headers and sources in cpukit specs and expose cpumaxuse
