@amar The imported code is the same as the `xilinx_v2025.1` tag on Xilinx `embeddedsw` repository.

I've pushed the changes, the files are under `contrib/bsps/arm/xilinx-zynq`. Please, let me know if it should be on another place.

Using the `contrib/` folder, the Xilinx header files are installed under `${BSP_INCLUDEDIR}`. A few `#include` were changed from `<dev/spi/xqspips.h>` to `<xqspips.h>`
