So this is done I wrote a new tool to parse the JSON file and the files are loaded however this appears to have imported a broken file that we had @chris knows how to fix this

* `Provide-the-missing-LIBUSB_LOG_LEVEL_-for-older-libusb-or-FreeBSD.-Providing-just-the-needed-value-as-a-defined..patch`
* `Provide-the-missing-LIBUSB_LOG_LEVEL_-for-older-libusb-or-FreeBSD.-Providing-just-the-needed-value-as-a-defined.patch`

The build should work but the hash for this file needs to be corrected.  The bug was the filename was incorrect _and_ the hash was incorrect not sure why both are listed but both fail the hash check.
