The double dot is in [bare/config/devel/qemu-9.2.4-1.cfg](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/tools/rtems-source-builder/-/blob/main/bare/config/devel/qemu-9.2.4-1.cfg?ref_type=heads#L28) and seems to have always been in that file. It is not in [bare/config/devel/qemu-5.2.0-1.cfg](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/tools/rtems-source-builder/-/blob/main/bare/config/devel/qemu-5.2.0-1.cfg?ref_type=heads#L28). RTEMS 5 only has QEMU 5.2.0.
