RTEMS | bsps/riscv: Checked conditions for FDT pointer (!1057)

First i wanted to clarify , are these checks necessary cause when i went through the issue I could only come up with these and they are just double checking the FDT pointer-the NULL condition could be validated once at run time (which i will try to modify), in allignment part also the array is being alligned at compile time.
