RTEMS | Multiple tests do not consider the Thread Local Storage size (#5498)

I tested on riscv/rv32imafdc and sparc/gr712rc with RTEMS 7 and current Newlib.\
All TLS-related validation tests pass and I cannot reproduce the issue.
