RTEMS | Multiple tests do not consider the Thread Local Storage size (#5498)

I recently had a similar problem with sp01. It was caused by a change on my branch which brought in a function using TLS for locale. I don't suspect the exact thing but can you tell that errno is the only thread local variable? 

I ended up relinking one of the failing tests I had with the -Map option and tracing what brought it in.
