Thank you for the guidance, Joel. I completely understand. I apologize for overstepping on the relicensing; I didn't realize the legal complexity involved. I will stop all work on these files immediately and will not touch any license headers or `@file` blocks until you have finished your pass and given the go-ahead.

I want to make sure my contributions are helpful and not a burden, so I will wait for your update. **Since you mentioned having a large number of files to process, please let me know if there is any way I can assist you once the licensing is settled—perhaps by handling the Doxygen formatting or technical comment moves under your supervision.**

In the meantime, I’ll focus on drafting my GSoC tracking page and studying the documentation standards further.
