RTEMS | Address files with Eric Valette's email and no Name (#5418)

I have addressed this in **Merge Request !900**.

I performed a search across the `motorola_powerpc` BSP and identified the files where Eric Valette was listed only by email. I have now:

* Updated the copyright lines to include his full name: **Eric Valette \<email\>**.
* Relicensed the affected files (`motorola.c`, `residual.c`, and `bspstart.c`) to **BSD-2-Clause** as permitted.
* Ensured the top-level **SPDX-License-Identifier** is set to `BSD-2-Clause`.
