## Summary
Just housekeeping. Very small commit to update the grammar in the rtems/make *.cfg files.
Original author used apostrophes where they are not required under English grammar rules. 
Removed extraneous apostrophes where found.

Although RTEMS has transitioned to Waf build system, as long as these makefiles are present
it makes sense to keep grammar and comments updated for clarity.
