People unfamiliar with our processes may have skipped reading the relevant documentation when opening their first issue or MR. When someone opens their first issue/MR, it would be helpful to post to them information about how our processes work, especially not repeatedly opening MRs for the same issue to correct problems with the CI pipeline since this has been a recurring theme with new members of the community that may not have as much experience with git.
