I am a beginner. I have some questions regarding the project. My questions may sound too basic since I haven't worked on this big project.
In the STM32F4 BSP, register level gpio's api already exist. And I have to create a HAL layer over that. Like stm32h7 HAL layer, which exists in `contrib/bsps/arm/stm32h7/stm32h7xx_hal_driver` right?
