## Summary

start_networking() returns -10 (NETIF_ADD_ERR), failed on tms570_eth_init_find_PHY()

Build and execute rtems-lwip helper test https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/pkg/rtems-lwip/-/merge_requests/45/diffs?commit_id=f19b5791f0c5af7716220e596ca2be19d2ab5409 with rtems-lwip mainline
