## Summary

rtemslwip/tms570: Correct EMAC pinmux for the LC4357 LaunchPad

tms570_eth_init_set_pinmux() hard-codes the ball set of the LS3137
HDK and programs only the output multiplexers. On the
LAUNCHXL2-570LC43 the DP83630 PHY is wired to the dedicated EMAC and
MDIO terminals. The MDIO data return path that responds to a find_PHY(),
must be routed through the IOMM input multiplexing registers, which
are not programmed by the tms570_bsp_pin_set_function()
