Not sure why the format check is failing. 

I used `clang-format -i uart.c` , with the `clang-format` installed with rsb:

```bash
../source-builder/sb-set-builder --log=l-clang-format.txt --prefix=$HOME/Fun-CS/g26/tools devel/clang-format

export PATH=$HOME/Fun-CS/g26/tools/bin:"$PATH"

clang-format -i uart.c
```
