The formatting can be ignored in that file.

Format CI is only advisory at this point in time, until the format CI pipeline can be completed. The format CI does not use the clang-format-ignore file, so it doesn't understand which files are being formatted or not.

Please remove the format changes. We will handle reformatting BSPs at a later date.
