Project:Branches: D3athSkulll/rtems:bsp/zynqmp-fdt-mmu-mapping to rtems/rtos/rtems:main
Author: SHIVAM DEOLANKAR

## Summary

Remove static PCIe address space mappings from the BSP MMU configuration table and eliminate the ZYNQMP_MMU_PCIE_ENABLE build option.

PCIe regions are now mapped dynamically via aarch64_mmu_map() during BSP initialization.

Fixes #5510
