Removed the static PCIe mappings from `aarch64_mmu_config_table` and eliminated the `ZYNQMP_MMU_PCIE_ENABLE` build option.\
PCIe regions are now mapped at runtime using `aarch64_mmu_map()` during BSP initialization instead of being hardcoded in the base BSP.\
The `aarch64/zynqmp_apu` BSP builds successfully with these changes.
