OpenSUSE leap 15.6 and 16.0 provide `/usr/bin/install-info` with the `info` package. For 16.0 I checked that installing `texinfo` does not install `/usr/bin/install-info` somehow indirectly.

Ubuntu 24.04 has `/usr/bin/install-info` in the package `install-info`, now. Because this affects one of my private CI jobs, I happened to know `install-info` was not needed March 5th but is needed today.
