Project:Branches: mokshpanicker/rtems-docs:stm32f4-bsp-documentation to rtems/docs/rtems-docs:main
Author: Moksh Panicker

The stm32f4 BSP page covered the OpenOCD + Nucleo workflow but was missing several sections that users commonly need.

Added a board support table, stlink tools workflow as an alternative to OpenOCD (covers STM32F411 Black Pill which has no virtual COM port), known hardware limitations, memory map, measured footprint, and a USB peripheral section pointing to the TinyUSB port work in gsoc#38.

Tested on STM32F411 Black Pill, stlink 1.7.0, Ubuntu 22.04, arm-rtems7-gcc 15.2.0.
