## Summary

config/rtems-bsps-*.ini: Add multiple missing BSPs

Multiple recently added BSPs had not been added to the appropriate
rtems-bsps-ARCH.ini file or the rtems-bsps-tiers.ini file. New BSPs
were added as Tier 3 until posted test results are reported and
confirmed.

Closes #42
