## Summary

Doc changes for [RTEMS #5649](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems/-/issues/5649).  
Adds `RTEMS_INVALID_SIZE` to the documented return values of `rtems_port_create()` in the API Guide (when `length` is zero)
