Integration | Comments and mdformat (#28)

Our multiline comments in the rtems-release repository start with "#" and mdformat puts a blank line between each line which is not what we want.  See [mdformat MR](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems-release/-/merge_requests/44/diffs?commit_id=5ba50a55b464c56df2fa7f3c011f26fb98e4336f#diff-content-cab0bbb46305cf0fae03f1291acd29de1051135e) for an example.

In rtems-docs, we use a "%" as shown in [Users Guide](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/docs/rtems-docs/-/blob/main/c-user/dual-ported-memory/directives.md?ref_type=heads&plain=1) which mdformat seems to handle as we want.
