Removing Optional Manager Code

Hi,

Optional manager support is very old and
not needed anymore. When it was in place,
each manager or supercore handler was in
a single file. Applications didn't drop
in size because you didn't reference something
like it does now since we are one method
per file for the most part.

Removing this also makes doing the coverage
builds easier.

I would like to finish up getting this
patch merged.

Thanks.
